What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be mailed or shipped within 7 days of authorization through our Returns Portal. Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number. You will not be eligible for a refund if:
The returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way.
You have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed.
If we have not received your return within 30-days of the return being initiated.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we do accept returns on unopened products. You will receive a refund for your return and can then purchase the product you would like instead.
What if my product is damaged?
