What are your shipping times?
Orders are processed for shipment within 7 business days, with rare exceptions for holidays and large scale promotions.

Shipping time is controlled by each individual carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), and shipping method is selected at check out. Shipping time may vary depending on location, weather, health and safety regulations, and other factors.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE standard shipping for new customer orders and all U.S. orders $99+. The subtotal at checkout should reflect $99+ after discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement for your first order.

Your total, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available. Rates and current delivery estimates are displayed at the time of checkout.

My order says it was delivered, but it’s not there. Can you help me?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your order yet. Carriers will commonly mark packages as delivered, but the package won’t show up sometimes for five more business days. We suggest checking with your neighbors, mailbox, or parcel locker to see if it was dropped off there.

To verify the address we shipped the package to, please check your confirmation email from us. If you still do not see the pacakge within five business days, and after checking these suggestions, please email our team at hello@cleansimpleeats.com.
